GM- Training
Responsibilities :
- Interface with companies to understand and assess the training and developmental needs
- Manage the delivery of development programs for the Group's initiatives.
- Manage the delivery of cutting edge seminars / development programs through external faculty for the Group's initiatives.
- Continuously upgrade training effectiveness by deploying appropriate effectiveness measuring tools (Kirkpatrick Model).
- Design and Develop assessment tools (Knowledge tests/ observations/ simulations/ personality tests etc)
- To support external consulting assignments and to engage in branding activities
- Oversee logistics for the training and development programs and ensure they are handled seamlessly with efficient use of the available resources and Follow through the effectiveness of the program.
Experience :
- 10 to 15 years of experience of which at least 2 - 3 years in Training and Development. Experience in Large Conglomerate/ Manufacturing sector needed.
- Post graduation in HR / Management from a reputed institution (Premier MBA like XLRI, TISS preferred)
