General Manager - Technical - R&D - Paint

GM - Technical - Must have experience in Paint R&D

- Exceptional experience in the industry of emulsion, interior, exterior/ enamel.

- Research and Product Development of decorative paints or relevant products.

- Managing large teams. To guide group of officers/managers in Designing of Experiments (DOE) for New Development, Product Upgradation and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE)

- To resolve issues faced in our manufacturing units and in field

- Interact with vendors for new technology development and implementation
