General Manager - Taxation - CA - KPO

This role is an integral part of the Finance team which is focusing primarily on Domestic & International Taxation. The incumbent would be collaborating with the CFO and finance team of overseas GCPL subsidiaries and setting up, driving and implementing transfer pricing policies, structures uniformly, apart from leading/managing the entire domestic taxation related activities.

Your role specifications :

Responsible for implementing, adherence and assurance on policies relating to inter-company transfer of goods, services and resources across GCPL and its subsidiaries. This would involve pricing related to :

- Product brand royalty, logo

- Technology

- Business support services

- Product pricing

- Partnering business in terms of achieving business objectives and complying with Taxation rules

- Developing local file, master file, CbCR report as required under - BEPS rules

- Liaisoning with international finance team and developing policies taking into consideration as also assist and align the reports of other subsidiaries/associate companies local requirements

- Liaisoning with international finance team and having an accurate accounting and computation of current and deferred taxes

- Lead Domestic Taxation role, computation of tax, advance tax, assessments, tax audits etc.

Skills required :

- Excellent Taxation knowledge

- Good logical and analytical skills

- Strong MS-Office working knowledge and SAP work environment knowledge

- Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to influence various stakeholders

- Managing multiple stakeholders and timelines

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities at the same time

- Good leadership skill

Education :

- Chartered Accountant

- 8-10 years of relevant experience post qualification, 5-6 years in Taxation field

- FMCG / Big4 experience on taxation preferred
