Job Purpose:
Identify, develop and deploy key talent enabling effective Succession Planning, Career Mapping & Individual Development Plan for senior employees of the Group.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct of Talent Review process to identify key talent up to L-2 chairman across the enterprise and oversee the process at sector / Biz level.
- Deployment of Key Talent as per Succession Plan (SI & LT) up to L-2 business chairman. Oversee the process at Sector / Business level. QOQ Review to be conducted.
- Career Pathing framework for the Identified Roles and roll out across the Group along with COE - L&D
- Create Individual Development Plan for all L-2 business chairman with the support of CHRO's and track implementation
- MBA in Human Resource
- Additional Qualification in OD preferred.
Relevant and total years of Experience
- 13 to 19 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of experience in TM role of a large conglomerate.
