- The role involves managing the Talent Management COE end to end for a US multinational company based in Gurgaon

Job Description :

Reporting into CHRO, your responsibilities would include the following :

- The role will be focused on enabling a continuous learning culture in organizations, improving employee engagement, and coaching talent.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as the HR and Business managers to drive key people processes.

- Work with Consulting Partners on conducting employee engagement surveys, benchmarking studies.

- Furthermore, partner with group leadership and HR leaders to lead the overhaul and integration of leadership competency frameworks.

- Design and introduce employee engagement initiatives

- Design the global annual employee engagement survey to understand employee sentiment.

- The role would also include identifying hi-pots, developing assessment centres, driving MT programmes etc.

- Focus on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and succession planning

- Help evolve the firm's culture by coaching leaders on the performance management philosophy and shared values

- Should come with excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, proactive, agile, aggressive(can drive projects to closure) and a structured though process

Profile :

- You should come with minimum 12+ years of experience in handling Talent Management COE. Furthermore, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior stakeholders is a must.
