Our client is a Indian Conglomerate looking for a Talent Management leader for their corporate team.
They would like to hire female candidates especially who is wanting to come back from a break and has an experience of 10 - 14 years in HRBP & Talent Management. Should have an MBA HR from a reputed college.
Position Overview:
The Talent Management and Learning & Development (L&D) professional is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent management and development programs to support the growth and retention of employees. This role involves working closely with leadership to identify talent gaps, develop strategies for employee development, and create learning programs that enhance the skills and competencies of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Conduct talent assessments and succession planning to identify high-potential employees and critical roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and develop career paths for employees.
- Design and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Learning & Development:
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical skills training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Partner with external training providers and consultants to supplement internal L&D efforts.
- Utilize e-learning platforms and other digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and other engagement events.
Change Management:
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing training and resources to employees.
- Develop communication plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged during transitions.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key talent metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Compliance:
- Ensure all talent management and L&D activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or a related HR function.
- Strong understanding of talent management best practices and L&D methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS and L&D software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in talent management or learning and development (e.g., SHRM, ATD) is a plus.
