Urgent hiring for General Manager - Talent Acquisition for Leading premium institute - Gurgaon

Job Responsibility :

- End to End recruitment; from interviewing till onboarding of resources

- Would be responsible to hire resources as per organization's requirements & within the defined timeline

- The incumbent would be responsible to hire resources keeping recruitment metrics in mind

- Would be responsible to manage big volumes of open positions as well as niche demands

- Screen incoming applications and resumes for suitable roles

- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs
