Job Description : Drive talent acquisition strategies and oversee the entire recruitment process for a leading pharmaceutical company in India.


Client Details:

- Our client is a renowned entity in the pharmaceutical and life science industry, with a workforce of over 10,000 dedicated professionals.

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent in the organization.

- Collaborate with the senior leadership to understand business goals and forecast staffing needs.

- Create annual and quarterly hiring plans based on sales forecasts and strategic goals.

Talent Acquisition:

- Head the end-to-end recruitment process for all sales positions, from Medical Representatives to Field Managers ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.

- Drive the team to initiate/ utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking events, industry conferences, and talent mapping, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Develop partnerships with universities, industry associations, and other organizations to build a talent pipeline.

- Ensure to close the vacancies as per the defined TAT and provide regular TAT update on hiring to the senior management.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.

- Ensure alignment between recruitment strategies and business objectives.

- Lead/ facilitate regular meetings with hiring managers to review recruitment progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dynamic recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices.

- Monitor recruitment expenditures and adjust strategies to remain within budget.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising recruitment quality.

Profile

- 15-20 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition -Sales Hiring + HRBP

- Open to Mumbai as a location (5 day WFO)



- Prefer candidates from the following industries : Pharmaceuticals/Medical Devices
