Qualification : MBA in Human Resource

Certification in TA preferred.

Location : Delhi

Job Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible for leadership Hiring. SLA achievement

- Drive Campus Selection for MT, GET & Interns for the Group

- Develop, Implement & Monitor Talent Acquisition processes across the Group

- Ensure SAP process compliance of Recruitment Management, Marketing, Posting & Onboarding

- Employer Brand Building through Recruitment Marketing & Postings.
