Qualification : MBA in Human Resource

Certification in TA preferred.

Location : Delhi

Job Responsibilities :

1- Will be responsible for leadership Hiring. SLA achievement

2- Drive Campus Selection for MT, GET & Interns for the Group

3-Develop, Implement & Monitor Talent Acquisition processes across the Group

4- Ensure SAP process compliance of Recruitment Management, Marketing, Posting & Onboarding

5-Employer Brand Building through Recruitment Marketing & Postings.
