Job Responsibilities :
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle encompassing job posting, headhunting, cold calling, initial screening, conducting interviews, offer negotiation and on-boarding procedures
- Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents
- Preparing effective succession plans, developed internal / external talent pools to identify & develop potential leaders to take up future leadership roles in the organization
- Ensuring resource availability by developing multiple channels like internet prospecting, networking, employee referrals, job fairs, college recruiting, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups
- Conducting database searches and maintain productive business relationship with third party recruitment agencies, vendors and staffing firms
- Following up with various support teams for ensuring seamless implementation of various recruitment projects in compliance to project SLA parameters
