General Manager - Talent Acquisition - Education

We are hiring for the a leadership Role in Talent Acquisition for a premier education industry client into the Aviation industry, Frankfinn Aviation Services.

Experience - 12 yrs +

The detailed Job responsibilities are as below.

1. Good experience in doing Non IT / Sales recruitments.

2. Should be managing a team of 10 -12 recruiters

3. Vendor Management.

4. Handling the entire recruitment process. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both; sales and non-sales requirements across levels.

5. Providing training to recruiters if required.

6. Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements analysis with Business Heads.

7. Sourcing candidates through various sources for cost effective hiring.

8. Screening/shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, Telephonic ,online interviews, fundamental analysis and short listing of the candidates

9. Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers, Salary fitment, negotiation and offer roll-outs.

10. Generate MIS and reports as per requirements
