General Manager - Talent Acquisition
- Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive program for Talent Acquisition, across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders in the business to deliver the very best hiring experience in line with core organizational vision & objectives.
- Responsible for Sourcing, Planning and Managing pipeline across the entire workforce.
- Monitoring Stakeholder Management with internal and external business partners for smooth functioning of the business.
- Proactively look for ways to innovate and improve the hiring techniques, with programmes designed for Graduate Trainee/ Management Trainee inclusions, for delivering projects and process enhancements that positively impact the business.
- Experience in projects regarding Diversity and Inclusion, Candidate experience, Referrals, Market research, Campus hiring and passive hiring using social media.
- Taking responsibility of the complete Performance Management System and effectively rolling out the Annual Appraisal process.
- Working with the business teams on various Learning & Development initiatives
- Conducting reviews with Business Vertical Leaders to review and understand workforce plans, on a periodic basis.
Qualification & Experience:
1. MBA in HR with 18+ years of relevant recruitment experience & last 7 years in a managerial role Analytical mind-set and expertise in excel and similar tools
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
3. Should be able to define commit and meet deadlines
4. Strong experience around creating exceptional Talent Acquisition processes
5. Comfort in a data- and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making
6. Strong hands-on attitude with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
7. Excellent writing and presentation skills
8. Exposure to alternate source of hiring
9. Exposure to Working with Assessment & Hiring Tools, ATS
10. Excellent Interpersonal and networking skills
11. Domain, market/skill mapping understanding
12. Good working knowledge of MS Office
13. Business cases / planning / presentation skills
14. Excellent Analytical skill
15. Project management capability
16. Experience in managing accelerated ramp-up of resources in volume & aggressive timelines (including Just-in-time needs)
17. Hands-on experience in managing the Recruitment functions in India (For both permanent hiring & contractual roles).
18. Should be good in defining recruitment strategy.
19. Gather and analyze market intelligence on candidates and competitor data for identifying key talent & headhunting of key leadership /strategic / technology roles.
20. Should have experience in building team competence and confidence.
21. Lead and coach team members.
22. Build organization brand and position as an employer of choice for both recruitment and contracting
23. Plan, organize, promote various channels of hiring
24. Collation and presentation of reports and analytics to Senior leadership teams.
25. Manage key relationships with Business Unit leaders for a smooth transition & timely fulfillment of the hiring requirements
