Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire)
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Research and implement new methods to find candidates
- Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures
- Set goals for hiring team, monitor performance, and report result
- Act as coach and mentor
- Recommend and monitor professional development
- Aligning team goals and priorities with cooperate management strategy
- Monitor overall staffing numbers, and ensure that they are adequate and properly distributed to meet cooperate goals
- Ensure that the hiring team adhere and present the employer brand as unified in front of all candidates
- Attending conferences, workshops, seminars, and so on to build the company's professional network
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Any Graduate degree
- MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
- Bulk / Mass hiring experience in managing domestic BPO operations
- Cost Effective measures
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to make sound and viable decisions
