Responsibilities :

- Proven team leader cum self-starter

- Adoptive to balance working hours in line with India & USA time zone

- Team player who can act as leader cum coach & has capabilities to drive tasks with cross functional team members & leaders

- Follow & deliver Annual & Monthly plan in line with budget plan for B2C & B2B.

- Making sure that shipments are maximized to reach monthly budget.

- Always On Top Of Situation on critical parameters - On daily basis

- Shipment Plan Vs actual

- Holds

- AM & OE critical shipments

- Shipment Documentation management - status tracking & take delays for faster closer

- Consistent connect with Boston team & drive for timely closer of all open points

- Weekly mapping of OE shipments & share the same with OE representative with the help of India team members

- Maintain existing goods practices & Create new processes and methods to gather supply chain data.

- Owns & Drive monthly of all KPI to track & deliver critical parameters for self & team members

- FIFO

- Critical BO reduction

- Shipments in line with sales forecast agreed

- No exposure on faster shipment vehicles i.e OE critical sizes

- Prepare & present monthly MIS with break up of OE & AM to Regional Head

- Regularly analyse data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.

- Monthly & Qtrly freight management with Central Logistics team for all destinations of Latin markets

- Collaborate with IT to implement effective systems.

- Drive & track progress on monthly production plan Vs production ticket @ customer & sku level by regular follow up with central team.

- Track & ensure timely release of docs.

- Weekly container movement tracking to nullify / minimize any financial impact due to

- Hold / delays at origin

- In transit

- Destination port

- Attend meetings with Customer Service Team in Boston to discuss on Holds, fillers, FF push, loading plan approvals.

- Deliver customized request raised by sales managers for SCM related point
