General Manager - Supply Chain Management & Logistics - Automobile/Tyres

Purpose :

- Manage the pan india supply chain of PCR tires warehousing and transportation

- Manage warehouses pan india via 3PL partners covering cost and service (current 36 warehouses)

- Manage Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Transportation and meet daily sales and dispatch target (current avg 7000 tires going to 8000 tires per day)

- Manage team of 9 pan india in meeting above targets while keeping cost per tire to target (current target 195 INR per tire)

- Drive compliance, quality & safety across the supply chain
