General Manager - Supply Chain Management (Food /FMCG /Agro)

Key Role :

Cost Effective Procurement And Timely Availability Of Raw Materials.

Job Profile :

- Draw an annual procurement plan. Integrate the procurement plan with the placement of birds.

- Evolve strategies for procurement from other internal customers well before the commencement of financial year.

- Based on the business plan, fix KRA's for the next level managers.

- Develop inventory norms.

- Coordinate with all the functional specialists, to identify and develop alternative raw materials / vaccines / medicines etc.

- To design a process for vendor identification and development and periodical review of the same.

- Submission of periodical reports on MIS SCM.

- Ensure that the relevant statutes are complied in spirit.

- Developing the next level managers to take up higher responsibilities.

- Ensure timely availability of material and release of vendor payment.

- Introducing innovative initiatives in SCM function.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Post Graduates in SCM with 18 to 25 years of experience in Food / FMCG / Agro based industry.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Advanced human relation skills.

- Should be able to communicate fluently in Hindi.

Education : Graduate with MBA/PGDM - Supply Chain
