General Manager - SCM
Job Roles:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall Commercial Operations (Logistics, Procurement etc.) to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
- Implement efficient Logistics and Procurement processes and standards
- Working closely with Zonal and Regional Managers/Head sales/Plant team/Finance team to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local, state and international laws
- Sourcing large size vendors & their development
- Develop and implement Procurement and Contract management guidelines, policies and procedures
- Working closely with IT Infra & System team to develop efficient IT solutions & smoothen up the Logistics and Procurement processes
- Responsible to lead cost saving efforts across Supply Chain by facilitating identification of cost saving opportunities.
- Partner with key business stakeholders in executing operations strategy
- Manage & Build High Performance team and culture
- Overseeing the implemented systems and processes are followed i.e. maintaining records etc.
Qualification- MBA (Supply Chain Management/Operations)
Experience- 10-16 Years (Post Qualification in SCM, Procurement)
Note: Preference from FMCD/OEM Industry.
