General Manager - Supply Chain - eCommerce Startup

Position : GM - Supply Chain - eCommerce Startup.

Job Role :

- Experienced Supply Chain Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvements across all areas of supply chain process, initiatives and teams.

- Oversee the enterprise supply chain function and the execution of its vision, goals, strategy and initiatives.

- Involve in Global sourcing and procurement.

- Possess strong mentoring, negotiation, relationship management and interpersonal skills.

- Direct experience in managing Domestic/International purchasing to source products using best cost country and manage localization to enable business growth.

- In charge of overseeing and interacting with vendors, find innovative solutions to supply chain issues.

- The main functions would include performing inventory management, managing transportation costs and routes, making decisions on warehousing and distribution methods, and developing strong business relationships with vendors.

- Must be results-driven individuals that are proficient in creating and monitoring cost-reduction initiatives.

- Manage the entire man power planning and training for the entire department.

Minimum Qualifications :

- BE/ MBA from premier schools preferred with a focus on operations management

Minimum Qualifications :

- 5 to 12 years of Experience in Supply chain management, Procurement, Global Sourcing, Warehouse Management.

Preferred Qualifications :

- eCommerce Supply Chain, FMCG, Retail, Fragile Goods, and Textile Experience in Global Sourcing.
