Scrabble is mandated to hire a General Manager - Supply for a high-growth B2B marketplace company in the engineering goods space based out of Pune.

Responsibilities -

- Extensive experience in building relationships with multiple suppliers/manufacturers.

- Ability to ensure audits and quality assurance of engineering goods.

- Prior experience in building and maintaining a network of local manufacturers.

Qualifications -

- 8+ years of experience in a supply role in a similar space is a must with an MBA from a top-tier college.

- Excellent negotiation & organizational skills.
