They are taking proactive actions in using clean source of energy covering most part of India. They are looking to hire a General Manager- Strategic Planning and New Initiatives for their Navi Mumbai office.
Description
Reporting to the AVP- Strategic Planning and Internal Audit, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing long term and short-term business plans to achieve goals and driving strategic initiatives for the organization
- Developing initiatives for improving efficiency, effectiveness and implementing them
- Studying industry standards, trends and market intelligence to carry out impact analysis for the organization
- Owning Mergers and Acquisitions responsibilities in scanning upstream and downstream value chains, gathering knowledge in Oil & Gas market
- Identifying avenues for Merger, Acquisition, Joint Ventures and relevant opportunities by sourcing and analyzing data for potential target companies for evaluating feasibility
- Supporting teams in preparing feasibility analysis report of the proposed opportunity, impact analysis of developing regulatory compliances, designing and conceptualizing systems to enable tracking of key performance
- Ensuring accurate MIS preparation, high employee engagement, and retention of critical employees
- You should have solid knowledge in Strategy/Mergers & Acquisitions, working with cross functional teams across organization.
- You should have excellent business acumen, communication skills, operational excellence and are result oriented. You have an excellent track and are open to new challenges.
