General Manager - Strategy Planning & Execution - Healthcare

Objectives & Responsibilities :

- Incumbent will be responsible to lead or program manage multiple strategic initiatives across businesses, to drive efficiencies at scale and enhance productive outputs.

- Assist leadership and senior business leader's office by providing quality financial analysis and insights, determining strategies, and defining metrics

- Analyze and interpret data to unearth potential gaps and roadblocks and comprehend the causes. Develop periodic - monthly/quarterly/as required analysis on related trends/numbers and financial inputs to support decision making and strategy formulation.

- Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes

- Formulating and implementing strategies while closely working with the leader and intervene, suggest, support wherever required.

- Support the leadership to create an organization roadmap for strategy, innovation and growth planning.

- Play key role in global capacity planning and resource management.

- Think in transformative manner

- Have a keen eye for numbers to be able to formulate key financial decisions, analyze P&L and make sound budgetary decisions.

Experience & Competencies :

- Candidate should have a Master's degree in Business Administration from reputed institute or CA with 10-15 years' experience in a strategic/ ops role

- Must have significant experience in a business management & strategy role.

- Should have worked in a BPM/Shared services environment assisting senior leadership, supporting the strategic decision making process.

- Strong experience in Financial Planning, P&L and cost management

- Exposure to global resourcing/capacity planning is helpful.

- Must have experience in crisis management and issue resolution.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects

- Must have a self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mind set

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
