Role :
- Responsible for the overall business strategy formulation & analysis of topline & Bottomline
- Develop comprehensive competitor analysis and bench-marking for the management.
- Plan new product initiatives and improve channel mix.
- Develop Business Strategy for the Markets
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Governance of sales operations and sales activity to maintain and grow the market share & help achieve business targets and targeted portability in all geographies
- Drive Business Readiness of product launches by collaborating with product management, Sales & Marketing, Technical and alliances teams.
- Develop strategies to leverage existing products of the business into new markets and suggest the product portfolio for maximum portability (based on EBIDTA). I
- Identifying the gaps in the product range and ensure right positioning of the products in the market.
- Initiate research into customer trends to identify the right products, marketing strategies and markets to target.
- Review/recommend/suggest product pricing in all geographies by ensuring positive GVA
