Job Description:

1. Service Management:

- Develop and implement comprehensive service strategies to ensure the uninterrupted operation of our electric buses.

- Oversee service teams, including technicians and engineers, to provide efficient maintenance and repair services.

- Continuously monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

2. Spare Parts Management:

- Lead spare parts planning and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing costs.

- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality spare parts.

- Establish and manage spare parts distribution networks to support our service teams.

3. Warranty Management:

- Handle warranty claims efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing financial impact.

- Work closely with engineering teams to identify product defects and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate warranty records and reports for analysis.

4. Depot Management:

- Oversee depot operations, including vehicle charging, maintenance, and cleaning.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in depot operations.

- Implement strategies for optimizing depot resources and space.

5. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and mentor departmental staff to foster a high-performance culture.

- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and evaluations.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
