We are looking to Hire Sales/business Development professionals for leading Credit card service company

Work Experience :
As a General Manager\Sr General Manager- Business Development, the person will be responsible to assist in leading and supervising the sales team, oversee the day to day sales activities, implement action plans and accomplish the goals and set targets. This role involves 50% travel and will report into the Associate Director- Sales.
The key responsibilities include: -
- Provide consultative payment solutions to Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Identify new business needs and opportunities with the customer set and successfully pitch products and services
- Manage business profitability and customer P&L. Identify key revenue drivers and maximise customer revenue.
- Drive and track planned revenue and new business targets
- New initiatives planning, competitor analysis and planning innovations as per market trends and regulatory requirements
- Build new strategies & enhance the existing products by applying domain knowledge, product management skills and industry best practices
- Rolling out issuing/acquiring products in line with business objectives
- Closely working with cross functional teams i.e. technology / operations / finance on customer projects
- Manages bid proposals, project proposals to Banks and other financial and Non-financial institutions.
- Provide periodical reports and dashboards on the sales funnel and business updates to senior Management.
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
Should be holding a bachelor's degree with at least 10-15 yrs. of work experience in the BFSI Domain.
Additional competencies:
- 12 - 15 years in the Payments industry - Issuing [ Debit, Prepaid],Acquiring - ATM/POS/E-Commerce, ATM/POS Managed Services, Risk & Fraud Management
- Significant experience in high level consultative selling, hunting & client relationship management.
- Experience in B2B sales and new business development
- Strong understanding of the payments domain.
- Annually handling USD 3-5 Million business.
- Should be sales professional with relevant experience in customized software solutions/ products. Should have thorough understanding / appreciation of software solutions business
- Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of the competitors and their products and the company's future business plans
- Demonstrated Leadership capabilities
- Excellent networking, interpersonal and negotiation skills
