Product Innovation - GM and above
Lead and/or participate, review and analyze quantitative and qualitative findings from market research to understand market & consumer trends and formulate market driven consumer insights.
- Constantly track design and technology trends in INDONESIA.
- Work with external design and innovation agencies (INDONESIA and Global firms) to manage New Concept Development projects (insights to concept creation)
- To generate actionable consumer insights for innovation during the NCD projects.
- To lead and facilitate co-creation workshops with consumers, experts and internal stakeholders (design, R&D, Lifestyle researchers, service, sales etc) while creating ideas and developing concepts.
- To translate insights and ideas to compelling product concepts
- Facilitate and manage communication between the regional sales and marketing team in INDONESIA for initiation and execution of NCD projects.
- Work closely with Lifestyle Researchers and Advance Concept Designers in Product Innovation
