GM/ Sr. GM (Corporate Communications & PR)

- Responsible for assisting in Image Management, Media Management, Public Relations & CSR.

- Responsible for assisting in development and translation of press releases.

- Responsible for designing of Brochures, Catalogues, Leaflets & Newsletter for Effective Communication.

- Manage day to day marketing & promotion matters for the organisation

- Manage marketing & promotion campaigns for Event Sales

- Responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing communications and advertising

- Media relations and media monitoring

- Manage presence in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, etc

- Plan and develop marketing materials with Heads to generate sales leads

- Work closely with copywriters and designers in producing marketing materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines

- Copyedit, proof read and revise communication materials and menus

- Handle customer feedback and respond promptly

- Establish and maintain excellent public relations with external partners and stakeholders

- Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic

- Work with Leaders to determine budgets and manage expenses within allocated budget

- Promote products and services through various marketing channels and public relations initiatives

- Conduct PR meeting with all assistants and graphics team (Internal/External), to communicate the specific information of the requirements of all forthcoming functions and events, and assign any special jobs that may be required.

- Schedule detailed action plans to support the revenue proposal for all sections of the department.

- Maintains a comprehensive list of local media contracts and bloggers.

- Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant Client comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.

Qualification And Experience:

i. MBA with 12 to 20 years of experience into MARCOM & PR with leading Industrial Conglomerate & Should have worked & be well conversant with dealing with PR agencies on Pan India basis.

ii. Should have excellent written & verbal Communication skills.

iii. Should have ability to translate organization vision and direction into a creatively drafted documents.

Should be well versed with MS Office and Presentation skills.

iv. Strong consumer and product awareness

v. Good organizational and planning skills

vi. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

vii. Able to work on multiple projects at any given time

viii. Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline

ix. Good attention to detail and accuracy

x. Strong IT skills

xi. Good knowledge of Marketing techniques and application

xii. Self-motivation

xiii. Team player with good interpersonal skill

xiv. Creative skills in press ads, design and other marketing collaterals
