Position: GM/SENIOR GM /AVP - HR

Placement location : Hyderabad

Job Requirements:

Experience: 18-25 plus years

Job Requirement :

Qualification : MBA or any other Post Graduate Degree in HR from a Premier/reputed Institute.

HR Team Size : 15 persons and can be increased further on need basis.

Role : Head HR

Position Reports to : Managing Director / Vice Chairman

Competencies Looking for :

- Should be a good strategist.

- Matured enough to handle Senior Leadership team.

- Talent Acquisition, General HR functions, Performance Management System, L&D Functions, Employee Retentions Strategies, Employee Engagement practices etc.

Pharma Background : preferably experience in Handling R&D HR functions.

- Exposure to lead the Employee Training & Development Centers.

- Should Transform the Management thoughts, Ideas, Goals etc., to all the Senior Leader ship team member - across all the divisions.

- Pleasing personality with Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Positive attitude and tough in implementing the systems, policies, strategies - at all the levels.
