General Manager - Secretarial - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a GM - Secretarial (Diversity Talent) for a Large FMCG, based at Mumbai.

A Female, qualified CS with a degree in Law ( preferred ) with 10-12 years of work experience in a outfit which falls in the list of NIFTY TOP 50 companies is mandatory.

This role is to handle the SEA region, hence looking for a strong diversity incumbent working at the leadership level.

The Brief KRA's -

- Managing all aspects of Board, Committee, Shareholders meetings for the Company and its Subsidiary and Group Companies

- Statutory Filings, Compliance and Maintenance of Statutory Records .

- Drafting, Vetting, Negotiation and Execution of various legal documents like agreements, MOUs, POAs, Legal Notices, undertakings etc

- Liaising with various regulators, industry associations, legal counsels of the company and Government departments.

- Shareholders Interface and handling Investor Grievances as per regulatory guidelines.

- Co-ordination with Statutory, Internal & Secretarial

- Any other legal and secretarial matters as assigned from time to time Compliance Responsibilities.
