1. Extremely good presentation skills
2. Proficient in verbal and written in English communication skills
3. Strong analytical ability
4. Strong selling and negotiating skills.
5. Understanding of Profit and loss statement (should have managed P&L responsibility in the past and should be good with numbers)
6. Understanding of working capital management
7. Strong in people management

Work Experience: Essential: 10-15 years of strong B2B experience in handling of sales at regional/zonal level)
Responsibilities :
- Own the P&L responsibility of the South - West region
- Achieving sales target as per AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
- Ensuring timely sales collections
- New Business Development
- Liaison with the warehouse team for inventory management
- Customer Relationship Management (Existing and new clients)
- Identify key revenue drivers
- Coach, mentor and build a high performance sales team dedicated to all sales activities
- Rebuilding and strengthening of the existing Sales Team.
Immediate Reporting Manager: CEO
Team size: 16 (Direct reportees: 2, indirect reportees: 14)
CTC: 22 to 25 lakhs + Incentives
