As General Manager Sales, you will be building a vision for business units that dovetails into the vision of the organization.
What you will do:
- Setting up and managing operational systems that efficiently and effectively support the business
- Managing a large people structure that delivers consistent business growth
- Driving business efficiency on the basis of data-driven decisions
- Delivering world-class experience to all our B2B customers consistently throughout all touchpoints
- Responsible for building, nurturing and grooming leadership talent
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Should have handled a similar leadership role with a P & L responsibility in his last assignment.
- Should have a proven track record of handling large teams.
- Should have had a successful Key Account experience in earlier years of his career.
- Conceptual thinking
- Should be willing to travel extensively
- 15+ years in Enterprise sales
- Should have a direct team handling experience for at least 2-3 years
- Needs to be from IT selling background B2B( IT domestic, licenses to the network server, display panel, desktop, laptop)
