Job Responsibiities:

Job Overview

Working closely with the executive leadership team, he/she will be responsible for driving business growth through new strategic initiatives. He/she is expected to be a driven individual and a self-starter exploring gaps in the current systems and processes andfinding new pockets of value for the LHDC business. End-to-end ownership of strategy development to execution (including co-ordination across cross-functional groups) will lie with this individual along with periodic reporting of progress across initiatives tothe BU head and executive leadership. He / she will also be responsible to drive digital enablement across the BU and identify opportunities to leverage digital to improve efficiency

Key roles and responsibilities

- Manage and analyze existing business to counsel the BU Head and ensure alignment with the business's overall strategy.

- Lead the areas of strategic planning, expansion, and execution, including designing and driving KRAs across teams.

- Identify new initiatives and new product lines for the furtherance of the LHDC business.

- Work on GTM strategies in new markets / products / categories, as well as own curriculum design and launch.

- Running PMO for core central projects; working closely with key influencers and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth.

- Owning strategic communication for all stakeholders, including executive leadership and board members.

- Play a key role in building the final annual and quarterly business plan of the company and must ensure review cadence to measure goals and metrics across business, product, and revenue.

- Identify the most efficient tools, systems, and processes to drive sustainable growth and report, maintain and forecast all business metrics.

Sales planning and management

- Lead and manage sales team to get the right outcomes including achievement of sales revenue and volume (MT)

- Ensure adequate coverage of accounts and share of wallet across the accounts as per the targets

- Review and monitor account trends, forecasts, sales and establish plans for all accounts

- Recommend corrective measures and account strategy basis historical performance

Team and stakeholder management

- Liaison with other businesses for defining right pricing and trade policy to further business strategies

- Coordinate across cross-functional verticals to ensure smooth strategy execution & timely issue escalation

- Ensure supporting digital tools are in place to increase sales effectiveness & automate back-office processes

- Motivate and train strategy team; ensure talent within the team is identified and groomed for future role executions
