Responsibility:
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies designed to deliver top and bottom line results as well as capability objectives for Client. The Sales Strategy team interfaces externally with Field Sales as well as with HQ functional teams including Marketing, Production Planning, Procurement and Finance to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
The range of work includes:
- Portfolio assessments including Sales Projections & Delivery for our key markets that drives geographic expansion, product innovation
- Sales Strategic initiatives across the company to improve sales function effectiveness
- Process improvement to impact timelines
- Competition benchmarking & analysis
- Data analysis & performance analytics for the function
- To work on effectiveness & tracking of incentive strategy to enhance sales performance
- Distribution & channel partner performance analysis - Preparation and presentation of business performance update to Sales Head & management - Provides input into pricing strategy, focusing on the analysis of competitive activity, pricing strategy and its effect on execution framework expectations and volume.
Other attributes - High on energy, resourceful, proficient in excel, power point and analytics, data crunching, ability to work long hours, job involves both field work and office work.
Educational Qualifications & Relevant Experience
Qualified from Top (Tier I) Ranked College with 3-6 years of Experience, previous experience in analytics will be an added advantage.
