General Manager Sales - Mumbai


Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to join our solar panel manufacturing team.


- The GM Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategies, increasing the market presence, and also manage a small team of sales professionals.


- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar solutions, and proven experience in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing sales strategies to increase market presence and achieve the company's goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.

- Identify new business opportunities PAN India and expand market share.

- Monitor sales performance and provide ways to increase revenue and collection.

- Preparing and presenting reports which includes sales forecast, and performance metrics to senior management.

- Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

- Leading and managing the sales team and ensuring alignment of targets.

Skills & Qualification:

- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the panel sales.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of solar panel manufacturing and installation processes.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.

- Build the sales force for panel sales for PAN India.

- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
