It's repeat clients bear testimony to this fact and to the quality of service it has been rendering at its 20 Sales facilities and 21 Service Centres.

Designation: Unit Head

Location: Delhi

CTC: Upto INR 25 - 40 Lac, including Car, incentives, and other benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

- Establishing corporate goals, short term and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.

- Responsible for target setting, market share and development analysis, etc.

- Ensuring & guiding the sales force to maintain and improve the penetration of pillars of Retail - Corporate, Field, Showroom.

- Sensitizing the teams towards Customer Satisfaction by scoring high in SSI survey by JD Power by conducting & imparting trainings

- Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.

- Coordinating and discussing the company's plan with dealer owners so as to achieve the company's objective in line with dealer's profitability.

- Liaison with bankers and financers to have support on interest rates, sales promotion activities etc.

- Forecasting sales for next month by technical analysis of previous three Months data, market trend, industry growth rate & dealers fund status.

- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor's activities and providing valuable

- Inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies, implementing sales promotional activities as a part of product launch, brand building and market development effort.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree is must.

Master degree is preferred in management/technology
