Communication - English, Hindi and any one of the south Indian language(Preferably Tamil)
Education - MBA or equivalent
Expectation - High in analytical, perspective and intuitive; able to take initiatives and strategic;
Typical duties in this role include:
- prospecting for new leads
- performing demonstrations for customers and teaching them how to use the company's products or services
- overcoming objections and negotiating with leads
- implementing cold outreach campaigns
- meeting with other members of the sales team to create outbound prospecting processes
- collecting the contact details of leads and sharing them with other sales representatives
- maintaining a database of prospective clients interested in the company's products or services
- identifying new trends and technologies that affect the sale of goods and services
- preparing reports on client interactions, sales activities, and other tasks assigned by the sales manager or supervisor
