Job Summary:

The General Manager - Property Sales is responsible for overseeing the entire property sales division, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This leadership role involves strategic planning, high-level client relationship management, and guiding the sales team to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.


- Lead the sales division in identifying new market opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.


- Establish and manage sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop the property sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to foster professional growth. Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the sales division.

Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.


- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports for senior management.


- Implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and real estate partners.


- Oversee the development of client engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


- Resolve high-level client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Sales Operations:

- Oversee the sales operations, ensuring streamlined processes and compliance with company policies.


- Implement and manage sales tools and CRM systems to track and optimize sales performance.


- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales transactions and contracts.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.


- Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.


- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.


- Develop and implement initiatives to increase brand awareness and market penetration.

Compliance and Ethics:

- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.


- Promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the sales team. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold data protection standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 13-20 years of experience in property sales

- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving high sales targets.

- Extensive knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and best practices.
