GM Sales - Luxury for a Leading Real Estate Developer.
Job Description -
Will be responsible for pre launching, launching and sustenance level sales of a specific site valued at over 3000 Crs.
- Head and drive the Sales team to achieve sales budgets.
- Will identify newer avenues and Geographies of doing business.
- Would keep in touch with other senior members of the team - Construction, liaison, architects to keep updated on the latest happenings on site.
- Would be updated with Global Luxury Residential trends.
- Will be responsible for the upkeep and constant improvement of the customer facing areas.
- Will be updated with competition and their specs, progress and pricing.
- Will network with Channel Partners for business.
- Will plan events that would value add to the project.
Other Skills:
- Excellence in negotiations, objection handling and closing transactions.
- High level of awareness on current economic topics.
Key features in previous experience -
- Should have handled multiple products and its launches.
- Built a strong client base based on relationship.
- Networking with HNI's to source business.
- Direct interaction with HNI clients and expertise in Objection handling.
