- Thought Leader in Publishing Domain
- Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a BD team to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Strong sales experiences in US and Europe Markets
- Work closely with clients and technology teams to create solutions which will help to enhance the existing sales revenue
- Ability to identify and create new sales opportunities and manage complex sales cycle
- To Attend overseas book fair / conference and trade shows whenever needed
- To ensure to increase the sales volume at least between $2,00,000 and $3,00,000 annually
- Will be closely working with CEO and Managing Director
- Execute and maintain a consistent and effective sales strategy
- Must have sales aptitude, relationship building skills, technical bent of mind and a consultative sales approach
- Should have at least 10 plus experiences in core business development preferably from publishing industry
- Should have excellent communication skills and should understand the publishing terminologies
