General Manager - Sales - PAN India-FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning, projection / forecast
2. Drive Business Growth and Market Share across all Channels, lead the Business with P & L responsibility
3. Conceptualizing and executing selling strategies for relevant product categories
4. Devising/Implementation & Evaluating Sales Strategies
5. Devising strategies & plans/ monitoring Logistics to ensure ready availability of stock at the stockist and trade level.
6. Adherence to company policies and code of ethics
7. Designing the growth plan (quarter and annual) of the territory and monitoring.
8. Dealer and Distribution management
9. Controlling and monitoring the commercial aspect.
10. To run the operations in a defined area as complete profit center
11. Target focused & result oriented approach to business.
Education
UG Qualifications: B. Tech/B.E, Any Graduate
PG Qualifications: MBA / PGDMM
Industry Preference:
FMCG / Food / Beverages
Functional Area:
Sales / Retail / Business Development
Geographical Exposure:
Candidate must have worked at least 2 Regions (South Region is mandatory)
Channel Exposure:
Candidate must have handled General Trade and Modern Trade
