- Reporting to Top Management
- Handling a team of 350-400 RBM/ABM/BO across all locations
- Strategically plan the launch of cattle feed product in the Brand name of the company, developing potential market for cattle feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchases & sales of channel partners, create awareness amongst customers & analyse competitors activities, increase brand value as well as market value of the company.
- To forecast the sales target for Pan India locations and appoint & develop distribution channels for establishing,maintaining and expanding customer base
- To assess and plan team size, managing and hiring team members for different locations as per the plan and setting individual sales targets for RBM/ABM/BO
- To develop the innovative sales strategies to achieve the sales target with suggesting and implementing brand promotional activities.
- To achieve pan India sales target and continuously monitoring the gasps and initiating corrective actions. Building overall company brand image.
