General Manager - Sales - Packaging & Printing Firm

- Looking for hire a General Manager Sales for a leading Company specializing in Packaging and Printing to be based at Manesar, Gurugram. Candidate will manage a team of 7 plus Sales Managers and will be responsible for handling a sales of around two hundred crores and should have around twenty years of experience in this Industry.

- Create systems and processes for sales operations, monitoring and evaluation of day to day, weekly and monthly performance of sales teams

- Motivate, Follow up and encourage Sales Teams to Generate Leads, follow up, Convert the leads into business

- Develop dealer network and handle OEM sales.

- Prepare and improve internal standard operating procedures

- He is responsible for generating sales and revenues

- Online Meetings with potential dealers followed by personal meetings

- Preparing Annual, Monthly and Weekly Sales Plan for the company

- Coordinate with commercial team to submit quotes whenever required

- Support sales team for recovery of receivables
