- Candidates with 13 - 20 years of strong experience with FMCG, consumer durables, consumer commodities and has worked in entrepreneurial/ family-driven firms and scaled them up.

- Handled multifunctional responsibilities.

- Strong Sales & Marketing experience with a proven track record of scaling up businesses and solid exposure to progressive Sales practices

- High degree of customer orientation. Should have implemented a culture of process orientation and customer excellence

- Go-Getter attitude with strong understanding and ownership of P&L and overall business plan.

- Excellent presentation & communication skills with experience to communicate and deliver presentations at high profile meetings.
