JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the sales operations in the assigned area of operation
- Identify and qualify prospective customers for the designated territory.
- Lead the sale process and engage with the prospects & Customers.
- Close sales projects leading to achieving sales targets.
- Liaison with government utilities/ agencies and corporate clients.
- Ensure Timely collection of receivables.
- Manage a team of Marketing & Technical Executives
- Achieve Account management objectives and technical support to customer projects.
- Must Have exposure to Thermal Power Plants in both private and public sectors
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Excellent relationships skills. Be able to find, maintain and grow profitable relationships.
- Solution mindset with demonstrable abilities to logically interpret a problem and provide solutions.
- Have experience and/or knowledge of direct account management.
- Experience in industrial Marketing, Power plant sector preferable.
- Should be a long-term player with proven long term past engagements.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be well versed with MS Office
- Preferably have knowledge about Power Plant Engineering
MUST BE A B.E. PREFERABLY IN MECHANICAL/ CHEMICAL ENGINEERING.
