General Manager - Sales & Marketing - Retail

Education/ Qualification: Tier 1 MBA: 10-13 yrs, Tier 2 MBA: 13-15 yrs

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve yearly targets according to priorities for the division

- Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly

- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, key accounts, AIDs, and other influencers to expand market presence and achieve revenue growth.

- Tracking sales and other performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement

- Ensuring the success of new product launches, working with cross-functional teams

- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure individual and team success
