General Manager - Laminates / Multilayer Flexible Packaging

The person will be responsible for the marketing and sales and drive the strategy to grow our brand market share for the Laminates and co-extrusion multilayer film with CI Flexo printing Rolls and bags

His key tasks will be to:

- Develop and implement the sales strategy to maintain and drive business growth.

- Develop and implement the marketing strategy with a focus on creating and developing the brand and enhancing market share.

Job Relationships:

Reporting to: Business Head

Job Responsibilities:

- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans to develop new customers

- Delivering sales by developing relationships

- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

- Acting as an ambassador and role model for your business

- New business development opportunities.

- Provide direction to your department.

- Perform market research and analysis.

- Leading & Motivating the customer development Team to achieve the target

The incumbent will be required to make extensive visits to new clients, all over India.

- Pre-costing / value engineering and pricing capability to deliver bottom-line committed to the management

- Good planning and organizational skills

- Good IT, budget and report writing skills

- Experience of working in an ERP environment

Qualification & Experience:

- Preferably Graduation in Packaging or Plastic Processing,

- Preferably a Masters degree in Business Administration with 12 to 15 years hands-on experience in selling Laminates and co-extruded film

- Should have led a team of sales professionals at National level in a B2B environment and independently led the business for a minimum of five years in products like Laminates.

Compensation Range: Rs. 20-25 Lakhs p.a

Location: Mumbai

Region: West & South to start with and then Pan India
