Responsibilities:GM Sales & Marketing:
- Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Sales Team Management: Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team. Setting sales targets, quotas, and goals for individuals and the team as a whole.
- Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast future sales and make informed business decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Managing the sales budget and allocating resources effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitoring sales performance against targets and KPIs. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A proven track record of success in sales management roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Results-Driven: Highly results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often required. A master's degree may be preferred for senior positions.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
