The candidate should either have a successful track record of managing a diagnostics chain with multiple services. The candidate should have 8+ years of experience in leading a B2B sales team in a diagnostic services business at a Regional or at a National Level with a sound track record of growth.

This position will be responsible for customer retention and the profitability of center/centers. He/she should demonstrate knowledge of potential markets, establish performance standards and an acute feel for the profitability thresholds of the markets.

- Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results

- Provide the necessary support to the team to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals

- Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best

- Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies

- Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management

- Establish clear sales objectives for each team member

- Create a sales & marketing plan and build a strong team

- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

- Target and secure profitable new businesses in line with regional marketing strategy by effectively targeting prospective accounts, creating in-depth prospect profiles, building relationships, and securing the business.

- Provide overall support and expertise to new accounts to ensure clients receive the highest level of quality service, utilizing operational personnel to resolve problems as and when required.

- Develop an exciting vision and strategy to develop the Clinical Diagnostic Business. Translate your strategy into action plans with clear-cut responsibilities.

- Keep abreast of macro-trends in the diagnostic market and Identify new opportunities for services based on these trends.

- Build a business case around these opportunities, get the same approved by the management and successfully implement the business plan.
