Job Description :

- Manage the Southern Business for Seeds for the organisation

- Responsible for Top Line, bottom line for entire South India

Client Details

Our client is a global giant in the Agri Business, with multiple different verticals of Agri Input Businesses

Description

- Responsible for Season wise, Crop Wise Volume delivery

- Share Annual/monthly volume & revenue forecasting

- Ensure Price Execution & ensure timely collection of receivables

- Sales strategy formalisation & execution

- Collaborate with marketing team to implement Crop strategy & resource planning

- Collaborate with Commercial effectiveness to design & execute GTM

- Execution of different farmer & trade level sales promotion programs & other related initiatives

- Collaborate with Agronomy team to develop product testing, sampling & Ag development plan

- Dynamic Cost Management - Market Promotions, Travel & People Spend

- Share & ensure delivery of RSP & Collection plan

- People Leadership, Talent identification, development

- Ensure effective utilisation of Sales Effectiveness tools for territory, activity, retail planning

- Help in finalising growth projects for new/existing markets/segments/geography for fuelling future growth

- Operational efficiency optimisation & drives productivity initiatives (Distribution, SR, outflow, collection)

- Adherence to defined company values & policies

Profile

- Minimum of 14+ Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing of Agri input commodities is an absolute must

- Currently in a Regional business profile, responsible for at-least 2 or more states

- BSc in Agriculture is an absolute must

- MBA from top tier institutes would be preferred

- Proven track record of Handling large sales teams and driving large volumes and revenues (Minimum 100 Cr INR)
