1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
2. Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

7. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
9. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
10. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
11. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
12. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
13. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Competency Required :

- Sensitivity/consciousness for target achievements
Qualifications : Graduate preferable with MBA- Sales
Experience : 7-8 Years in same or related industry
